Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed with e total cost.
Payments can be made via online.
Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 5 Working Days before the safari date will receive a 80% refund.
No-shows will be charged the full amount.
In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule or refund at our discretion.

 

3. Changes to Bookings
Any changes to your booking (date, time, number of participants) must be requested at least1 day before the safari.
We cannot guarantee changes, but we will try to accommodate where possible.
Additional charges may apply for changes.

 

4. Health & Safety
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides.
Guests must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements.
The company reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest is deemed unfit for the safari for safety reasons.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

5. Wildlife Sightings
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed as animals are in their natural habitat.
We will make every effort to provide the best possible safari experience.

6. Liability
Participation in safaris is at your own risk.
The company is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the safari.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

7. Force Majeure
The company is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Photography & Media
We may take photographs or videos during the safari for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in such material, please inform us in advance.
